The Keurig Kold is really cool. I love soda and drink it by the gallon. I'm also a mother of 3 and most beverages we drink are gone by the gallon. That being said, the Keurig Kold isn't something of convienence but more so an occasional treat. It's great to treat the kids with a craft soda once in awhile and fun to have rootbeer floats made fancy for a party. It's definitely not something I would use everyday. Which is good because it barely fits on my counter, it's huge!

I was very excited to try this new product. My husband and I are avid soda drinkers so having brands like Coca Cola and Dr Pepper as options was very appealing to us. It took a while ( way longer than the two hours listed) for the Keurig Kold to initially chill but once it's chilled it stays very cold and doesn't take quite as long to get to where it needs to be. This is a super bulky machine that may take up quite a bit of your counterspace. Drinks take a little while to get chilled and made, but it's nice to not have to use ice cubes. There is a constant buzzing sound when plugged in (think soda vending machine) that annoys my husband, but I don't really notice it. Biggest con with this is it has to be plugged in and chilled for you to make a drink. If it is not chilled, you won't be getting a drink. Other than that, super cool product that I was very excited to be given for testing purposes. Definitely check out the Keurig Kold as a solution to stacks of soda cans sitting around your house!
Pros: Multiple Drinks, Cold Drinks, Brand Name Kold Pods, No Ice Needed, Nice For Smaller Portions
Cons: Takes A While To Chill, Constant Buzzing Noise, Bulky

Amazing Idea, could use some tweaks though

My family loves the Keurig® KOLD™ Drinkmaker. It produces great tasting cold drinks when we need them. Some of the pods did not work and since the carbonation was already punctured, I had to throw them out. The Coke and Dr. Pepper flavors tasted exactly like they are supposed to. Delicious.
Pros: Easy to use, Great flavor
Cons: Lid Is Hard To Close, Long Brew Time, A Few Dud Pods

We love our Keurig Kold. It's easy to use and makes delicious, cold drinks in about a minute. When our Keurig Kold arrived, we were excited to pull it out, plug it in, and enjoy an ice cold refreshment; but we found out it isn't a plug-and-play machine. The directions said that it would need two hours to chill, but it ended up taking about four hours. In the troubleshooting section of the instruction book, it says if it's taking longer than two hours to make sure the machine is out of direct sunlight, away from heat sources and two inches from the wall (it was). Once it was ready to go, we selected a cola pod, popped it in and pressed the button. Our toddler loved to listen to and watch the machine do its thing. In just about a minute, we had a perfectly mixed, perfectly carbonated and refreshing soda. With the variety of drinks that can be made, it's almost like having a Coke Freestyle machine in our house! Love a lemon-lime soda? You go it. Fancy a flavored water? No problem. It is a large machine and does take up a bit of space on our countertop, but its modern design and glossy black finish matches the other appliances in the kitchen, so it's not a bother. Overall, we love our Keurig Kold and can't wait to try more flavors. We were gifted the Keurig Kold from Keurig. All thoughts and opinions are our own.

I've used this product to make drinks for the family for dinner and so far everyone has loved it. We love that each of the drinks actually taste just like a can or bottle. We love that it's easy to use and also I feel like it helps you not drink too much soda. The small portions are great if you need just a little refresher. I am so excited to try out the flavored waters. I would say that really my only complaint is that it's a little big. Otherwise it's a great product and am very happy with it!

Aside from the slow chill time (it took over night, i thought it was broken), i thought it was a good product. The soda taste like it came from the can.

Great for a gadget lover but not practical for everyone else

This is definitely a fun gadget, but I don't think it's a practical gadget to own unless you drink more than 2-3 of these drinks per day. While the machine is very sleek looking, it takes up a large footprint on my small kitchen counter. The biggest downfall (besides the cost) is that you have to have it plugged in all the time and using energy. I usually try to unplug appliances I'm not using to conserve energy, but I can't do that with the Keurig Kold since it takes two hours to warm up after plugging in. It says it takes the same amount of energy as a mini fridge, and at that point, you might as well just have a mini fridge of soda and seltzer cans. I will say, however, that the taste of the pods was awesome. I was surprised at how 'fizzy' and carbonated the drinks were coming out of those little pods. Major plus.
Pros: Great taste, Easy to use, Pod Variety, Easy setup
Cons: Energy Use, Large Footprint, Expensive
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
