Big machine, but delivers a great drink!

This is very cutting-edge and fun to use. Right out of the box, the product is very sleek. It's big and bulky, so don't plan on having it fit on many counter-tops! We have a Keurig coffee maker, and it's almost double the size. Setup is super simple. That was great. The instructions say it will take 2 hours to to cool before you can prime and use it. Plan on 3-4. It took almost 4 hours for ours to finish the setup process. So I would be reluctant to store it somewhere temporarily. Plan on a place where you want to keep it and then you won't have any trouble. But setup was a few button pushes, priming was easy thanks to the bright lights telling you what step is next. You will definitely know if the light is BLUE (during setup the light is gray and you want to think it's done, but it's not. Wait for it to finish! You'll know!). Once you prime the machine, it's very easy to operate and fun to use. VERY IMPORTANT: If you own a Keurig coffee maker, you may make a common mistake. The Kold's pods have a sticker on the bottom of them that NEEDS TO BE REMOVED! If you don't, the machine will not work right. So unlike the coffee maker you need to remove this foil cover before using the pod. Overall, it was a great experience and a great addition. I've already used it a dozen times in a few days. Excited to try more pods! Just plan on a big machine and loud (at first).

I purchased this machine with no expectations at all. first , I got it and I noticed the nice design . I love the high tech and innovative kitchen appliances. It was easy to set up, but believe the information booklet when it tells you the initial cooling process is a bit loud but thats ok . I used the product to make afternoon drinks for my teenagers. I can't count how many times I've had to throw away soda cans that were full of soda. With the Keurig Kold there's never any wasted drink. The children especially love the flavored varieties that were included. I love the canister that makes selecting a drink easy and painless. I do love the wide variety of drinks you can make with it, though, and the temperature is cold enough that you don't even need ice cubes. I recieved the Keurig Kold free in exchange of my unbiased honest review.
Pros: Great Flavored Water, Convinience, 100 Calories Per Glass, Easy to use, Less Sugar, Make Perfect Amount, Innovative, Awesome taste, No Ice Needed, Makes Soda Quickly

Originally very interested but after I tried the drinkmaker at an event I was SOLD!! The refreshing beverages and variety are so nice to have available during the day. I love that the machine makes a nice variety of healthy drinks (not just soda), Although, the soda is great also. I can't wait for the margarita pods that I ordered to arrive; I have my tequila ready!! The pods might be more expensive than a can of soda but the quality far surpasses the extra cost.

I received the product free to test. I've been living with the Kold Drinkmaker for a few weeks now. I wanted to use it enough to give a fair review. I really like that I have just the right amount of soda without feeling guilty about drinking it. The great 'fountain' taste is top-notch for me. I love the licensed products that taste amazing. Some of the pods are hit-or-miss, but work well overall. The machine is just a little noisy, but not unbearable. I am definitely pleased with the Kold, and can't wait to try out all of the flavors!

The product is expensive considering it ends up cost over a dollar a glass for a drink, not counting the initial expense. Considering I can make a glass for .40 using Soda stream and only $100 for the maker. And with Soda stream I can control the amount of carbonation. The Cola I had was too carbonated, and left an after taste.
Pros: You Don't Have To Buy Co2, But I'm Not Sure I Really, Have A Pro
Cons: Extremely Expensive, Total Waste Of Money

It was a total shock to receive this! What a fabulous idea. A fresh, carbonated beverage at my fingertips at any time. I like the fact that there are a huge array of flavors to pick from. I'm also happy that there are selections of pure cane sugar flavors because my daughter can't drink corn syrup soda. The soda is super fizzy and fresh--never a worry about flat soda! A great idea...leave it to Keurig! Major applause!!!

We just got Keurig Kold and my family loves it. I like the occasional treat of a Coke, but we use it for everything from seltzers to iced teas to sports drinks. Not only does it make the best Coke I've ever had, but the other beverages taste great too. The 8-ounce size is perfect for my Coke treat and for our children who love to push the button.
