What a piece of garbage!

I wanted to use my Bose wireless headphones with my computer, but didn't have a bluetooth card. Dongle to the rescue! Nope. Paired with my headphone, but every single time I try to listen to anything on my computer, I get a second of sound, then a second of silence, then a second of sound, then a second of silence ... over and over and over. I reloaded the drivers, checked the usb ports, made sure my brand new Bose headphones were working on another device, restarted, and a second of sound, then a second of silence, then a second of sound, then a second of silence.
I'm going to call their help line Monday, but for something that's supposed to be plug and play, this gizmo is a piece of garbage!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am sorry to hear that you are having difficulties with our Bluetooth adapter. For Windows 10 and 11 a driver should download automatically. However, in the case when this does not happen we do have additional steps we can try that will get it working with most computers running Windows 10 or 11. Love it, wish I had bought it long ago

Purchased to connect my Cricut to my computer!! Love not having the cable dangling over my lap and getting disconnected each time I bump it. I wish I had bought it long ago.

Big Bubbles no troubles

After installing the software for this device on my Windows 7 computer, I still had to pair my Bose Bluetooth Speaker to my computer. The speaker is superb!! Don't know what problems others are experiencing. Would be glad to help if that is possible.

Don't buy

If you are looking for a plug it in and forget - this ain't it. Works one time. Installed driver, plugged in adapter, paired headphones, great. Shutdown system. Went to work, turned on laptop, would not re-connect. Uninstalled driver, re-installed driver, plugged in adapter, paired headphones, great. shutdown system, went home, turned on laptop, would not re-connect. So it is a waste of my money and time. Not worth trying to call support, it needs to simply work. I don't have time the fuss with patches, work-arounds, hold time on support calls, etc.
This is the only reliable Bluetooth dongle on the market.
I would recommend this to a friend!

where's driver

It doesn't work. I can't find drivers for Win7 on official site. With drivers I have, device couldn't be found.
Pros: cheap
Cons: doesn't work

Would not function with windows 7

This device was found by windows and I tried the include software, but it would never find a headset blatantly set to pairing that my phone found in seconds.
Pros: small
Cons: doen'st find motorola s9 headset, negligent win 7 support
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
