It really does work great, but...

I was ready to blow a fuse; I thought I bought another piece of junk. I could not even install the software. THANK YOU to the users that posted the correct link: https://www.targus.com/form/download_support.aspx?regionid=10& sku=ACB75AU If I had left a question here for the obviously outsourced Support Puppies, their response would have been: "Thank you for your purchase. Hope to see you again soon. Please feel free to contact one of our customer service agents at 877-482-7487, Monday through Friday, 10AM EST to 7PM EST. We will be happy to assist you." TO TARGUS: If you're going to paste the same answer to all issues, why even have this section? The requirements for a TECH SUPPORT Rep shoule be more than simply having a pulse. How can you provide the incorrect driver on both the CD AND in the instructions, and not post a correction. Thank you again to the two users that posted the correct link. I am sorry to hear that you are having difficulties with our Bluetooth adapter. For Windows 10 and 11 a driver should download automatically. However, in the case when this does not happen we do have additional steps we can try that will get it working with most computers running Windows 10 or 11. Don't buy for Windows 7

If you are looking for a plug it in and forget it for a Windows 7 computer - this ain't it. Works one time. Installed driver, plugged in adapter, paired headphones, great. Shutdown system. Went to work, turned on laptop, would not re-connect to the headphones. Uninstalled driver, re-installed driver, plugged in adapter, paired headphones, great. Shutdown system, went home, turned on laptop, would not re-connect. So it is a waste of my money and time. It is not worth trying to call support. It needs to simply work. I don't have time to fuss with patches, work-arounds, hold time on support calls, etc. Apparently, Broadcom made the chip and wrote the driver for Targus.

Sucks. Wont recognize device.

I have bough two of these and followed the directions. Specifically "do not connect the adapter to your computer until the software drivers are installed." this should be so easy to do. What a terrible product. Thought the first was faulty. Now ive wasted my money and they have profited off a non working product. The install of the bluetooth adapter will not recognize the micro usb adapter. Trash company.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

install takes forever and dongle is unable to find devices!!!!
This thing is very frustrating!!!!

this product is not good. I buy this at 40 box for nothing. I try the install the lastest driver (window 10) because window 11 is not available yet, and still nothing working. buy anything else but not this.
