Quit working one week after I got it!!!! Good thing VIDEO ONLY replaced the one that Quit working at no charge to me>>>>

I'm having so many technical issues with this TV. And Samsung service (Tech Support, Escalated Support, Executive Cust Relations) have all been failing me thus far.
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations

don't buy this tv, or should I say don't buy any samsung SMART tv. Couldn't download any app from samsung's app store. Couldn't open any pre-installed apps (netflix, youtube, etc). Customer service is terrible and not helpful at all. I guess the hardware part of the TV is OK. But the software... I don't recommend this SMART thing at all...
Cons: Did not meet expectations, terrible software

Very sharp, clear picture. Picture is so sharp it's scary! I've had guest ask me if it was an Ultra HD set.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight

This is my first Samsung television and I have to say I am not disappointed. I owned a competitor's high definition television but when I sat in front of this for the first time I was blown away. I did not realize what true high definition looked like. Absolutely gorgeous, flawless picture, color, brightness. Very cool looking and super thin. The Smart Hub feature and voice activated search function are fairly seamless. Only a few issues here and there. I'm certain future software updates will improve the user-friendliness. Overall worth every single dollar and it was not inexpensive.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far here is what I found after 1 day

When I try to use the Mirror function on my Apple TV Videos never load so I am not able to watch any.
When I use the web browser to load a web page to view videos I also can not view, It gives me a choice of MP4 and something else both say unable to download
All around the edges there is a clear film and it all comes off except for the clear file on the shiny chrome bottom strip that has Samsung on it. I tries to use a razor blade to get in the crack and slice the film after I tried pulling it out I was left with a mess of hanging clear tape. I ended up scratching the chrome strip by barely rubbing it.
There is no S video plug so I can not use my DVD player anymore

The picture quality is very good. The streaming speed is very slow, requiring buffering all the time (not an ISP issue, my internet download speed is 20 Mbps). So, a very good TV, but not so as a smart TV).

Better than I anticipated

After hooking the television up and finally got the picture display the way it is supposed to be it was better than I ever anticipated. The 3d picture quality is excellent. The device that links to the smart remote to allow me to control other boxes is an excellent feature I was not aware of when I bought it but after reading the manual and setting it up is was definitely a pleasant surprise.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
I would recommend this to a friend!
