Should have been called a dumb TV not a smart one

I have this tv mounted in our great room to watch movies. It comes already loaded with Amazon, pndora and other apps. The trouble is this tv constantly locks up. You can't watch Amazon prime movies, most of the time you can't even go through the menus without the TV locking up we have never been able to watch a complete movie on this tv. I went on line to see if it was an Amazon issue, it's not!!! Internet is loaded with conplaints about Samsung TV issues and it sure appears to be TOTALY samsungs issue. People with other makes in the same house have no issue. It's not only Amazon. I logged into my pandora app and it just gives a blue screen and locks up. Won't play pandora either. I have 4 samsungs index my home and 3 more in my business. Unless I see a fix soon there won't be any more samsungs for me. Oh and by the way I have great high speed internet service in my home!!
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: Did not meet expectations, poor speakers, won't play the preloaded apps, locks up and can't even be turned off when it does
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great TV

Upon first shopping for a 3d TV, we opted for a competitive brand. Bad mistake. We had so many issues with that brand each time that we took the tv out of the box (we exchanged it twice). After the second time, we went with the brand that we should have chosen first - Samsung. We've never had an issue with Samsung products during the product lifespan and to date we have had no issues with our 60" 3d TV. My husband absolutely loves this tv and I find it pretty impressive myself. The 3d quality is much like that found in the movie theater. The overall picture quality of the TV is great too. We haven't played with the smart features much, but I have no complaints on what I have explored.
My only gripe is with the battery operated 3d glasses. Although the glasses are relatively inexpensive, the batteries are not and they are extremely hard to find locally. The store where we purchased the tv from doesn't even carry them. Also, when we have bought new glasses (so far we've purchased 3 pairs), the battery life is missing 50% of its juice fresh out of the package and we're not getting the number of viewing hours promised.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, 3d picture quality
Cons: 3d glasses batteries hard to find

Hi
Its just been a week i had this tv .Now the tv is in totally unsubale state as the apps keep restarting every 2-3 mins. I see lines on my tv .Whata waste of money. Samsung you better ship good products to keep up your fame.
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, Not high def, Did not meet expectations

7150 Series is amazing!

This LED smart TV is worth every bang for its buck. The picture, sound, and functions this product provides has continued to impress me and I've had this TV for a little over a month. I am not to good a dealing with newer technology but this TV is very user friendly.. some functions took me a little bit to figure out but again, that's me lol. The 3D is absolutely incredible and works on almost everything. I did have to upgrade my internet for a better height resolution. All in all I have absolutely no regret buying this TV and believe me, it was a huge investment for me. Super happy and enjoying the very high quality.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, user friendly
Cons: Not high def
I would recommend this to a friend!

TV problems with heat. Apps are slow/unresponsive.

After false start, works great

My first 7150, which was a warrenty rplacement for a Plasma HDTV developed a pixel failure after 3 days. Seller provide a in store exchange for a new replacement.
After three months, this unit has worked very well.
Some issues that I have with this model is: 1. stand is fixed, not a swivel. A swivel stand would better accommodate my needs. 2. Have had no luck in connecting my Logitech wireless keyboard. wireless mouse connected with no issues. 3. This unit does seem to heat up more and is very warm to the touch on both sides. Im feel this will effect its service life. I know that extended warrrenties are not usually recommended, but with HDTV's I have had to use them a few times.

I researched heavily on a well known audio video science website and decided on this tv. Well worth the price of admission as I got this on sale shortly after Christmas. Design is great, 3D works very well, smooth motion rocks, etc. I can't say enough good things about it. You will not regret getting this tv.
Pros: great picture, slim design
