This is a great tv, but one thing I am not happy about is it does not have an audio out plug to hookup wireless headphones to be used by a person who doesn't hear as well as others, so unfortunately the tv has to be quite loud.
Would like it if they came up with some solution to use this feature.

I have only had this TV approx. 1 month but so far I am impressed with the clarity of the picture. I have a Bose Cinemate 130 hooked up for the sound, so I cant comment on the TV's sound, and haven't tried the 3D feature yet either, but I have used some apps and they work great. I am really looking forward to watching the Super Bowl on this.

I "upgraded" from the Samsung 58" plasma TV and I regret it every day. The TV looks nice, and when you are watching head on, it looks good, but looking from the side the picture is milky and does NOT look good. It is light and does not use a lot of energy, which is nice. My biggest complaint is the internet capabilities. The "Smart Hub" is a joke, and does not work well. I constantly have to reboot the TV to get it to work.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, apps are useless
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Am not sold on the smart tv package, but the picture is the best I have ever seen on a tv. still worried about privacy with smart tv's

We have owned Samsung TVs for the last twenty years or so. The picture is always crisp and sharp. The colors are very natural. We have had no problems at all with any Samsung TV we've had. The most recent one is a Smart TV. We love all the features available--from Netflix, YouTube, HBO GO, and accessing the web through the TV. We've always loved Samsung, but this one is the absolute BEST!

Just I had a display issue (line on the left screen) few months after I purchased it. Samsung promptly fixed the issue.

I use this tv with direct tv picture quality is outstanding the smart features are nice. I like to use the usb for my pictures and movies I have on my pc. The 3 d is ok but not like at the movie theatre.
All the remotes work good. The smart hub is a blast. All in all this is a great tv and is well worth it,
and it looks nice in the room. Sound is great with direct tv together.
