This product has been worthless to me. Laplink advised me that I needed to have both computers, the old one and the new up and running. As in, two monitors, two keyboards, two mice....promised to call back and did, about four hours late.
I'm transferring stuff the "old way" and it's taking a long time. I wish I could just return this unopened program to HP. I sure can't use it.
