Great Product overall

This TV is a great product, the only downfall is the Netflix lags, and freezes and the sound is very tinny. Could do with a bit more depth in the bass sound. but overall it is a great product.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color
Cons: poor sound quality

We upgraded from 4 year 55" Samsung LED to this one. It's amazing how technology has improved our tv experience. Loved it so much I bought a second one.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: lots of new technology to learn

IN 47 YEARS THIS IS THE FOUTH ( 4TH) TV I HAVE BOUGHT FOR MY FAMILY. IT HAS TO BE THE BEST OF THE BEST. THE PICTURE BY FAR IS OUTSTANDING. BEING ABLE TO PROGRAM THE REMOTE TO WORK ALL THE STUFF THE DIRECT TV REMOTE DOES IS WONDERFUL.. NOW YOU HAVE A BACK UP IF NEEDED. I HAD AN DLP 50 INCH WHICH THIS NEW TV REPLACED. IT IS A SAMSUNG AND IT WENT INTO MY GRANDSON'S ROOM. IT IS STILL GOING STRONG. BECAUSE IS A SAMSUNG WHEN I WENT TO SET IT UP ALL I HAD TO DO WAS PROGRAM IT IN ABOUT 15 MINUTES. IT IS SO NICE. IT IS THE CADILLAC OF TV'S IN MY OPINION. MY NEXT TV WILL ALSO BE A SAMSUNG.

This Product Is a Revelation to Me

I am delighted to have this TV. It has great Smart TV features and a wonderful large screen but is lighter than my old, smaller TV.
I am still on the learning curve with this new technology since my old ones were so different. Thankfully customer support helped me to set this up with the Netflix link and was very gracious about it.
When I learn more, I'll do more with it.
One thing -- perhaps not widely relevant - I wish your owner's manual had more pictures and some type of glossary or other information to help people like me understand it and to understand what Information I need to transition from and connection to older devices to.this newer one.

In everything you do from changing channels, to running the remote it is very slow. I don't know the size of the processor that runs the smart end of it, but it could use some quickness, maybe more ram, I don't know. The picture is excellent but the channel guide is terrible. It takes a number of keystrokes to go through the channel guide. This is my first Smart TV. It will probably be my last.
I'm going to stick to running my computer to search the internet and do all the things it does twice as fast. Streaming movies is a pain and choppy to say the least. Maybe I got a bad one. But I can't afford another high dollar mistake.

Needs better software

Apps started freezing. The tv remote has a delay and sometimes the TV locks up and I end up having to perform a hard reset
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Lightweight, easy setup
Cons: Did not meet expectations, remote control delay, apps freeze, apps load slow

Love my new TV

The picture is beautiful. I don't use many of the apps but there are plenty to choose from. I would like to know what kind of game controller to buy to go with the games. I can't find any information anywhere. Love the 3D ! The speakers are just ok so I bought a sound bar and now it is awesome.
Pros: Realistic color, Lightweight, 3d is awesome !

Love everything about this TV, great picture, great price, great design. Very nicely put together. I have told everyone who is buying a TV, to a t least consider it. You wont be disappointed
