Good smart TV but it was a little overpriced at the time.

Good smart TV. Great picture quality. Great sound quality! Had a few problems with the apps on the TV crashing and freezing but after speaking with Samsung customer service they were able to instruct me on how to fix this problem and so far so good. My only complaint is I think I overpaid for this TV at the time but that was my fault. Should have done more research at the time. Other than that no complaints.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color, great picture quality, great sound quality
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have this TV for one year as I am over all happy. Stylist, again excellent picture, 240 motion ration really helps enhances the video results. Speakers also delivers power full sound. Enough hdmi ports, However, lately when I am watching video online TV just stops responding. My Internet speed is enough 25mbps, because I am getting buffering TV just freezes. At this time I can't change volume or even power off. I press power off button and it powers off after 30 or 45 minutes later. I am thinking it must be a software issues. I am planning to contact customer support soon. Just never got time.
Cons: Did not meet expectations, online videos not working as expected
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have been a fan of Samsung products for years and was my number one choice when I started shopping for a larger LED tv. I spent several weeks comparing pictures and features against price, always using Samsung as the standard. I bought the tv in March of this year. When I use it as a simple monitor for my cable account, it is does well and the picture is sharp. If I try to use any of the web based "features" the set becomes a frustrating bubbling piece useless electrons. Even doing something a simple as accessing Netflix results in the connection timing continuously timing out and ultimately locking up the tv to the point that I have unplug the set from the wall. (Incredible that there is no hardware power button on set). Any other web based "feature" simply have an usable slow response that results in a lock up shortly after the app opens. FYI, I have the the same response using wireless or wired connection and I have a fast and stable internet connection. Obviously the processor and memory used by Samsung is totally inadequate for this set. Stay away!
