Excellent picture

This TV has an excellent picture. It is easy to set up, but is not compatible with my older surround sound home theater system.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight

Installation and setup easy and simple. Have already recommended it to my daughter who is upgrading her present TV

Audio poor

There is no way that a company should even put a set like this on the market. The audio is like two tin cans and a string. I had to buy a sound bar immediately and still the sound is not close to being very good. In addition, the IR Blaster does not work. Thought Samsung would be a good choice.....I was wrong.
Cons: Did not meet expectations, very poor audio
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This Samsung TV was purchased after reviewing a product review publication. We found it very easy to setup, and maneuver through the menu. The picture is crisp and clear, with a lot of depth. We have yet to explore the many functions that are available. The design we rated slightly down as we personally do not care for the chrome looking base. So far we are very pleased with our purchase.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: prefer a black base in lieu of chrome
