This is a GREAT TV. Had family over the Holidays. They could not believe the fantastic picture this TV puts out. They were stunned. It is not 3D, but the picture, colors and fast action knocks your socks off. Have friends with me now watching the big game. It is like we were there. Some had told me anything over 46" is too big. Baby, it maybe BIG, but it is beautiful and make watching an experience. Even when I switch to AIR TV with the Smart Hub, the HD channels are crystal clear.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight

However, the speaker feature of the Dolby 5.1 is impossible to figure out as well as the Anynet+.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: Too big

I didn't by it for it's sound system I already had my own. I just happen to think Samsung makes a good product. The viewing on this television is great as long as you're sitting directly in front. My old projection screen television was much worse.

I absolutely love this TV! It was my first widescreen tv purchase so I did a lot of research before buying. Samsung regularly topped the ratings charts in multiple reviews from consumer magazines to internet sites. The SmartTV features are a great addition for surfing websites, etc... The picture quality is flawless with full HD clarity. I would highly recommend this TV for anyone looking for a quality product with a great picture and an excellent suite of features.

Black Crush

This Tv is geared for a person like myself. I do not need all the bells and whistles, curved, 3D etc. What I was looking for was a mid range TV that would provide a good picture. For the most part that is true and with minor tweaking on the settings I have been able to achieve what I feel is a very good picture for Sports, Movies and regular HD shows. The one problem I have with this TV and nothing seems to correct it is the Black Crush. The blacks are so dark that you cannot tell the depth or difference between items. It all just looks like one piece of dark black blah...To correct this I have to give up other aspects of the tv quality of the picture. Unfortunately this is just the way it is and going to be. Would it be something to keep me from buying it again....no. Would it be something that would make me tell a friend not to buy it...no. However I would make sure the understand and what to expect.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color
Cons: black crush

Installed easily and have had no problems. When you plug in a cable the assembly you plug into moves like it is not secured to anything. It has not been a problem but the company should check it out.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: check review about the cable plug in assembly.

Great TV there is a couple things I have to address,I wish the remote control sensor was on top of the TV. because when our grandbabies come over are any kids come over they always stand in front of the TV and in front of remote sensor. Also why they make a remote control that u can point any where around the TV area to control TV, and why don't the TV guide boot up automatically when turn TV on.
