love picture quality

Great TV, some issues but none that are deal breakers

Bought this TV about a year ago now ... great TV but the first one I had I had to take back within a week or so ... simple exchange ... second one was absolutely great until I started having light grayish dark spots on light backgrounds ... Samsung was quick to get it remedied and sent out a tech to put a brand new panel in it.
TV performance is generally great ... seems like the processor sometimes can't keep up with the signal speed ... very minor in my opinion but it is there. Auto motion is awesome ... love the way it enhances the experience ... I have heard negatives and positives to it ... but this guy loves it!
Overall I would buy it over and over again ... yes I've had issues ... but what product doesn't ... if you really think that it should just work you are both correct and incorrect ... coming from a service industry the shear reality is : things break or go bad ... don't fault the manufacturer ... grade them on their sense of urgency to remedy your issue ... and that Samsung scores a 5 out of 5 across the board.
I love my TV period amen ... and highly recommend to anyone ... in fact my best friend went out and bought the exact same one and loves it as well ... so take this review as a 2 for two happy customers .

Fantastic tv. Picture is great, easy to set up and conect other toys. Haven't had time to try all features but the ones I have used all load , work flawless. Would recomend Samsung tv to everyone.

Outstanding Picture

I first saw this LED television while shopping a few months ago and was struck by the picture quality. I've owned a 40" Samsung LCD television for five years, and while the picture is as wonderful as the day I bought it, a larger TV was an attractive consideration. I was finally able to purchase it last week and am extremely happy with it. The picture is beyond expectations, and I love the smart features. The programable remote is wonderful - takes care of the TV, the BluRay and the set-top box. The sound is quite acceptable.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, gorgeous picture

This TV has the best clear picture, This is our first Samsung TV and we are very pleased, easy to program, great color and picture detail.
We chose this one because we had seen the same TV at our daughter & son-in-laws' home and was amazed with the picture quality.
