This tv is in our living room and is our main tv to view. The picture is beautiful and has realistic color and skin tones. Blacks look black not off black or gray. Very easy to connect to Netflix through smart hub. I very much like the fact that the tv can swivel on the base allowing optimal viewing at all times. Good value for the money.
We are so pleased with our new 55" Samsung. The picture is very sharp and detailed, and the colors are so natural. The sound volume is sufficient without having to install a sound bar. There are many features which we are in the process of learning to use. We just made our purchase two weeks ago so we will have many more good things to report soon.
We called Samsung when we couldn't get the floor mount stand exactly level and within minutes they emailed us a video of the installation. Immediately we saw what we had done wrong and corrected the problem. Customer service is so important and we appreciated it so much.
Thanks for a quality product and great personal service.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color
I have bought this product from Samsung.com, it was arrived on time. Display was good but after sometime I notice some black spot. I called technical, lets see how it goes.
Has great picture, initial set up was easy. Still learning all the features would be nice to have an interactive tutorial that can be paused has try to figure out new features just went over.
We like the features, color, picture. Very easy to set-up. Pretty easy to navigate the menu to change samsung settings.
The only complaint is in regards to the remote control. The light function only works for a few seconds at a time- meaning find and the hit the button as quickly as possible; when you hit a button all buttons light up, but that doesn't help you find the correct button in the first place if it's dark. When selecting options within the STB Guide, sometimes the "select" button on the remote works and sometimes it doesn't (nor does the "play button"); I have to keep the cable remote handy just in case. Also, I wish there was a page down button when using the STB Guide; page down buttons only work with the samsung guide. Remote control complaints are fairly minor in the grand scheme of things, but since the TV works great in all the major ways the remote issues are all the more annoying.
