Has great picture, initial set up was easy. Still learning all the features would be nice to have an interactive tutorial that can be paused has try to figure out new features just went over.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight

Black Spot after 2 month of buying

I have bought this product from Samsung.com, it was arrived on time. Display was good but after sometime I notice some black spot.

Performance is outstanding; however setup and menus are not user friendly for a tech novice. I still would purchase this tv again.

Great Quality TV

We are so pleased with our new 55" Samsung. The picture is very sharp and detailed, and the colors are so natural. The sound volume is sufficient without having to install a sound bar. There are many features which we are in the process of learning to use. We just made our purchase two weeks ago so we will have many more good things to report soon.
We called Samsung when we couldn't get the floor mount stand exactly level and within minutes they emailed us a video of the installation. Immediately we saw what we had done wrong and corrected the problem. Customer service is so important and we appreciated it so much.
Thanks for a quality product and great personal service.

This tv is in our living room and is our main tv to view. The picture is beautiful and has realistic color and skin tones. Blacks look black not off black or gray. Very easy to connect to Netflix through smart hub. I very much like the fact that the tv can swivel on the base allowing optimal viewing at all times. Good value for the money.
