but what about a sound quality???

I owned 3 Samsung phones, 3 TVs and a tablet. I think i can say that I'm sold on samsung products and know a little about them and I'm in technology industry to boot. On black Friday i ordered my latest tv a 55" Class 1080p LED Smart HDTV - UN55H6350. I was not going after 4k or 3d, but just a bigger screen. I'm not disappointed with the picture, though the "Soap opera effect " is still annoying, but getting used to it. I tried turning it off, but then just tuned it. BUT WHAT ABOUT THE SOUND QUALITY? played around with some settings, ended up selecting auto adjust. Still it is really bad. Now thinking of investing in external speakers. It's a shame that it's an incomplete product. Sorry Samsung you just lost someone points with me.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: poor sound

Awesome for sports

Picture is awesome for sports or other live events. It gets a little jumpy for some programs and movies. Not sure if there is a setting to correct that? The speakers are okay, but will probably purchase a sound bar.

I was looking for a larger TV with great features. This sure fits the bill! Great customer service. I did encounter some issues with the shipper, I notified Samsung right away and the Samsung customer service folks called and got my TV delivered on time and without a hitch. I am impressed!

We love this TV

We are still learning all of the features of this set, but we absolutely love it! I need to read the manual further to take advantage of everything, but the basic setup, even the WIFI is very easy and works great.
