Cooks a 21 lb turkey, just what I was looking for. A little discoloration on the bottom but cleaned up great. Must be careful of the rack and pan handles as they are very hot.

This pan is large enough to fit a 22 LB turkey or make a large lasagna. The finish is beautiful and it will last for a long time with some care. We had one of those black pans that started to rust after one year so we wanted a pan that we didn't have to cover in tinfoil and worry about eating from a rusty pan. Money well spent!

In preparation for cooking my first Thanksgiving, I searched for a basic roaster that wouldn’t be an expensive solution. I’m beyond happy with this product. This Cuisinart roasting pan is an amazing value for a high quality product. I’ve already made a roast chicken and vegetables. The pan clean up was very easy, as well.
