Really love the pan and rack and works great for our weekly roast chicken. However it's not easy to clean off the baked on grease from the pan. Even though I line the pan with aluminum foil and clean with hot soapy water and Barkeepers Friend, it's not enough to fully remove all the grease spots on the sides and edges so this will be an ongoing battle to keep the pan shiny.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It arrived in time for roasting the Thanksgiving turkey. The quality of Cuisinart products is well known, and the roaster is an excellent example. It is well made of stainless steel, and was easy to clean.

I was really to find that the rack was also stainless steel and not covered in some kind of non stick coating, really secure handles and deep enough for turkeys, roast, etd

This roasting pan is perfect for up to a 16 pound turkey,, if your turkey is any bigger than that,, my advice would be to look for a bigger pan. But you won’t find a higher quality product than this. I highly recommend this product.

I’m disappointed with the lighter weight of this roasting pan. It’s okay, but nothing that will last for years. After one use, there is a permanent stain after roasting a turkey with the rack...it’s only juices that stained. Major bummer and not at all like Cuisinart used to be.
