I've used it once so far. We cooked a big set of ribs off a home grown hog so they were very fatty. It had fat burned into the bottom and lots on the rack. I out some water in it for a couple of minutes and it all came right off. I'm very impressed with how well it cleaned up. The ribs were excellent also.
