It worked out perfectly for the bird that I baked. I was afraid it would be able to hold a 26lb but it did that and probably would have held a little more. I’m am definitely satisfied with my roasting pan.

I had been using a broiler pan to roast turkeys before. The depth of this pan and the rack made it so easy to roast a 14 lb bird. Also easy to dislodge fond from pan.

I bought this roasting pan after Thanksgiving and used it for the first time on Christmas Day to roast our Prime Ribs. I love that the handles are immovable. The roasting pan conducts heat evenly. Also, tohe shape of the rack makes it easy to roast vegetables with the roast.

I bought this to replace a cheap pan my wife had bought for me. It is wonderful. Solid construction , deep enough for a 25 # turkey and all the gravy you could desire. I thought that there may be a problem cleaning it but after roasting a turkey in it and now several beef dinners , it cleans better than some of my so-called non stick pans. I absolutely would recommend this to anyone. It is deep enough to hold a roast and all the taters and carrots or other trimmings you could desire. The rack keeps your meat up out of any juice or fat . Well worth the price and then some.
