I own many Cuisinart and prefer them over others. T electronihec prodcuts I own ( toaster over, slow cooker, bread maker, food processor, waffle maker etc) all are great products. Also have dutch ovens, pans etc. All have proved the quality of Cuisinart.

I bought this because I usually host about a dozen people for Thanksgiving and Christmas. It is the perfect size for a 25 lb turkey or a ten pound rib roast. It took an HOUR of scrubbing with steel wool to get it clean. I will probably go back to using disposable pans.

The pan is well-made and durable. I bought it for use with my outdoor smoker, but it is too big. The lid of the smoker will not close because the handles of the pan block it. I should have considered that when I did my measurements before purchasing. That said, the pan will be used in my kitchen oven.

Bought this pan to replace a nonstick one that started peeling. Didn’t want the same kind of pan, read reviews and decided on this one. Glad I did! Perfect! Cleans easier than I thought it would and won’t peel. Will use for every Holiday and then some.
