I bought this for a new Turkey recipe last Thanksgiving and used for another for Turkey gumbo. It works great and cleans easily . The idea behind the roast Turkey is to dry heat the pan to near 500 degrees placed on a pizza stone. Remove the pan, add a few Tabs of oil, add the preped bird covered with foil @ 425 for 45 minutes & lower to 325 with foil off till done. The result is both the white & dark meat are perfection at the same time and no sticking. This pan easily did a 22 pounder. If you’re concerned about coated pans, this is a great alternative.

Not really into stainless steel, find it kind of hard to clean burnt on stuff! Cook a turkey at the same temperture as I normally do, but turkey way to soon and was all dry.

Great large roasting pan. Looks great. Cleans up easily. The handles are large and sturdy but our only complaint is that the handles stay very hot for a long time and because they stick up we have burnt our fingers and arms on them when stirring or transferring meat. It would be nice if they came with some silicone sleeves to avoid the burns.

Cuisinart makes quality products. Being a novice in the kitchen I roasted a Thanksgiving turkey (16 lb.) for the first time and this roasting pan was perfect for our needs.
