These are very sturdy - not too heavy but not the thin cheap feeling ones! I do love cooking with these! Clean up is not hard either. I do wish they were dishwasher safe but definitely not a deal breaker.

So far I am very happy with this cookware. But I was disappointed to read in the instructions that it should NOT be put in a dishwasher! My old cookware lasted 30 tears, and was frequently washed in dishwasher.
