The dark gray coating came off most of my pans after 2 months. I did not put in dish washer but feel as if you should be able without the coating coming off .

Moved and wanted a new set of pots. Looking at display looked great. But after a few uses. The pots developed dark spots in pot. That are not able to be cleaned. This was even when boiling water. The pots never looked clean after first use. Would not recommend these pots.

When I first got the set I was so excited, they were beautiful!! Loved everything about them, I had a pot, pan, or skillet for everything I needed. Nice compliment to my kitchen. Then after about two or three uses, they started getting a really nasty white film on them I couldn't get off, then they have tiny little spots where it looks like the steel is chipping away?? I only use Dawn dish soap and a dishcloth so I have no idea what I'm doing wrong here. Long story short only after a few months of owning this set they look terrible

I have used all of the pieces of the set since purchasing it just a couple of weeks ago. I have been extremely happy with this cookware. I have learned how to cook with stainless steel pots and pans and have found the stainless steel to be far superior to any of the other types of cookware I have had so far.

I’m lazy. That’s the truth. So it’s a bummer I can’t plop these in the dishwasher without a care. I HATE washing pots and pans manually. That said these dudes cook and heat amazingly well. Very solid construction and zero heat transfer to the handles

We purchased this set in December 2017 to replace a 17 year old set of non-stick cookware. The appeal of this set was that it was stainless steel and PFAS free. We have followed the manufacturer’s instructions for cooking by using medium heat and the set performs well. However, when it comes time to clean them, it is very difficult to remove any food remnants left behind. We have tried soaking them and using non-abrasive sponges and cloths as recommended by Cuisinart, but they do not do the job. The only way to get them clean is with an SOS pad. Even then, the pots and pans don’t look clean when they are actually clean. Overall, I probably would get a different set next time.

Look great, could be designed better. There are no vents on the lids, so if you don't watch your covered pot closely, it's likely to boil over. Previous higher priced sets I owned had holes in the lids allowing them to vent. Also the lids on the handles get super hot, so always have a glove handy. Otherwise they are very visually attractive. They are very good on the no stick, as I scortched some pasta I was cooking and it simply came right off with a stir. Also things seem to cook faster in these pots than what I'm previously used to, so I'm always turning the burner down. Just need to get accustomed to this set.

Have used these several times since Christmas. They are excellent and look very nice in the kitchen. I have not tried cooking in the oven with them as yet. Cuisinart stainless steel pots and pans are great. Clean the pots and pans in warm soapy water with a soft sponge and dry with a soft cloth or paper towel. To season the pots and pans. In a clean stainless steel pan, add 1 tbsp of oil with a high smoke point. Heat the pan on low to medium heat, till you start seeing light smoke. Tilt the pan so that the oil is applied all around the pan. Turn off the heat and let the pan cool down. When cooking start at a low heat, rather than high, and gradually increase heat on burner. If you use high heat you run the risk of burning or warping the bottom of the pan. To clean after cooking food, simply rinse the pan under hot water and wipe out with a paper towel. If there is hard stuck on food in the pan boil some water let it sit for about 30 minutes and it should come right off. Another way to get food stains out of the pan is to buy some Bartenders Friend. This is specifically for stainless steel items such as pots and pans.
