I needed some pants to replace the 30-year-old pampered chef that we had. I bought a house with a ceramic flat top stove so couldn't use my cast iron anymore. These heat up quickly look really cool when they boil water it's kind of like a mirror effect with the bubbles and the black and I think is pretty cool. substantial pans treat them well I'll treat you well.

My favorite set! I like this set even better than my last one I spent twice as much money on. It cooks well and washes well. I hate scrubbing dishes and this set is the easiest for clean up! Just don’t cook on high heat. My mother-in-law cooks in them and fries her seasonings before cooking so she lets the pans get hot before adding the oil and seasoning. This has warped the bottoms so they are no longer flat and have also started to stick. But before that they were amazing!
