These have been great. They are really non-stick. I can cook eggs without any oil spray. I think food is cooked more evenly in these. They aren’t as thick material as I anticipated so I feel like I’m more careful to not bangs them on anything. My only complaint is that the handles to the lids can get hot and you need a potholder to remove. So far I am happy with my purchase.

I really like this 13 PieceCuisinart Contour® Hard Anodized Set! My old cookware was cheap & not that great & was wore out! I went for quality! I like the taller sides of this set, keeps down splatter & seems to cook evenly on my gas range. Metal handles are a must for oven cooking & is something I couldn't do with other set. & this set doe's clean up easily. Great Purchase & I do have other Cuisinar Appliances & always been very satisfied with this brand!

You can’t put them in dishwasher I thought the web site said I could when I got them the box said I couldn’t! And the handle on the lids get so hot you can’t touch them. Wish I’d did more research. SORRY
