I’m a terrible cook. Looking forward to getting better with my new cuisinart set. First thing I cooked, cream corn, didn’t have enough moisture. It was in a back burner behind a large pot of green beans. I thought what I smelled was water on the eye of the beans. Wasn’t until I removed the big pot of beans that I remembered about the corn. Yep, burnt to a crisp! Best part is it came out with a beautiful clean crust, all at once. Nothing stuck. I whipped the pot clean and started over. Wish I’d have taken a picture.
