Same bad battery issues as everyone else

Same battery issues! Won't charge, so won't print. Useless! Don't buy one of these

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by our product. We expect the best from our products and it seems, on this occasion, we have let you down.

If the battery indicator shows that it is at full charge, the printer should work. If the battery indicator shows that it’s empty, then the battery needs to be replaced. If the light flashes 3 times, pauses, and flashes 3 times again, this status means that the battery is being charged. Charge it for at least 3 hours and see if it’s possible to print. If the light is flashing rapidly the battery is not inserted, or it is not detected by the printer. Double check if the battery sits in the compartment.

In case of Windows, disable USB Selective Suspend Setting that prevents USB devices from being charged if a USB port is
not active for some time. The setting can be disabled in Control Panel --> Power Options --> Change plan settings --> Change advanced power settings --> USB

Works great until the battery dies

This label printer is useless after the battery dies even if you have the AC power adapter.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello,

We are sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with our LabelManager PnP. The battery help in conducting power and as power bank in this device after recharging and if the batteries dies completely it is unable to conduct power even it is connected to AC adapter. But if this battery is under one year from day of purchase we would replace it with new battery for free of charge as replacement. However, we appreciate your feedback for improving our products.

Really Plug`n`Play with Win10 and Win11

I am not happy with this product.

I am very unsatisfied. The APP works purely. The Bluetooth connection between the mobile and the printer goes off again and again. Only 30 Labels with one paper roll.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and would like to kindly inform you that our LabelManager PnP is not compatible with mobile devices and it does not use a Bluetooth connection. The LabelManager PnP is compatible with Windows 7 or later and Mac OS X v10.8 or later and it is connected using a USB cable.

11 years with no battery issues!

Bought 11 years ago to label switches on my home-built DJ lighting controls. Used mabe twice in that time. Recently took it out of storage for a new project. Operating program froze up. After reloading the operating program on my computer this little printer still works fantastic. I was surprised to read about battery issues experienced by other users. I am pleased that even after so long a period of inactivity, I don't seem to have any battery issues. I love this little gadget!

Too poor to buy cheap

If only it worked as advertised. It is not at all intuitive. It is slow to take input. It is not recognised automatically by my newest windows laptop. It is cheap and performs that way.

To resolve this issue we recommend disabling USB Selective Suspend Setting which prevents USB devices from being charged if a USB Port is inactive for a time and Windows is having trouble identifying the device. You can disable the setting in the Control Panel --> Power Options --> menu, settings can be turned off. Plan settings change --> Change the power settings in advance --> USB.

Additionally, we recommend connecting the printer's USB directly to a computer's USB port because USB hubs and converters are incompatible and slow down communication between the printer and computer.
