Wireless printer no accessible from mobile app.

What's the point of a portable battery powered networkable printer if I have to take my computer with me to use it?
Why have a mobile application that cannot access all of your networkable printers?
There are plenty of mobile applications for printing on wireless and wired network printers out there... Maybe try doing what everyone else is doing?

Battery doesn't hold charge

I bought this in May 2017. Used very little. Been plugged in most of that time. I unplugged it overnight and the next day the battery was dead and it was disconnected from the router. It's September, 2017 and the battery doesn't work. Seems I should be sent a replacement battery, though I'm concerned that without the battery working, it won't even work if connected by USB. That's a big weakness. This is a far cry from my excellent DYMO 4XL which works perfectly. The least someone could do is send me a battery to try.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If the battery dies, you're SOL....

Battery died and this website says this battery is "no longer available". Why not? It looks very similar to the others, but this *particular one* is no longer available. If the battery is dead, you cannot use the labeler. The whole thing is dead. I should, at the very least, be able to buy another battery. So, now I have to buy a whole new labeler because the battery is gone? Not happy at all. Why can't the batteries be interchangeable? Why make them each so different? Planned obsolescence.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Looks Nice Can't print

Just received it but cant type or copy text to print from my mac.
Nit sure where I can find support to solve this

I apologize that you have experienced issues printing with your LabelManager PnP. This printer is compatible with Mac OS X however, depending on what version of Mac you are running you may need an alternate version of the Dymo Label Light software. Instead of attempting to use the software that starts up when the device is connected you install Dymo Label Light 2.1.1. Here is the link for that download: www.labelwriter.com/software/pnp/mac/DYMOLabelLight2.1.1.dmg. Quit working. Short life.

I bought this a couple years ago. Thought the battery died, so I bought a new battery, still doesn't work.

Battery

I have 2 of these, as many have said once the battery wears out it will not print until you get a new one even fi it is plugged in and they are not cheap.

I bought this sometime ago and have not been able to use it as the Execute feature is absent from the built in software. Followed the instructions in the guide and the "DYMO Label Light.exe is not installed. Walking to my trash can now.
