Like the idea, don't like the label

The LabelManager PnP works just fine. I only wish that the D1 label was of a higher quality.
Pros: Works Quickly, Simple Controls, Neat Settings, Durable, Quiet
Cons: Labels Wear or Peel, Weak adhesive

The labelprinter is exactly doeing what was promised. I just hoped I could make a link to the date and time, so I could print a label with the exact date and time at arrival of a product.

I bought 10.2015 and so far I can not use Mac OS El Capitan, because there is no driver . Too bad the money !! SELL !!!!

I apologize that you have experienced issues printing with your LabelManager PnP. This printer is compatible with Mac El Capitan you just need an alternate version of the Dymo Label Light software. Instead of attempting to use the software that starts up when the device is connected you need to install Dymo Label Light 2.1.1. Here is the link for that download: www.labelwriter.com/software/pnp/mac/DYMOLabelLight2.1.1.dmg. With this version of the software you can successfully print on Mac El Capitan. SHOOTING BLANKS

Right out of the box and all I'm getting are blank labels. There is not much to get wrong with the plug and play. The cartridge goes in only one way. I'm typing my name in on the DYMO program then PRINT. I have lots of blank adhesive labels.

There is a small cleaning tool on the inside of the label door. Use the soft side of the cleaning tool and thoroughly wipe down the print head- located directly across from the roller. This should resolve your printing issues. If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to give our technical support team a call at 877-724-8324 Monday- Friday 8am- 6pm EST.

I just bought this, I connected it as per instruction, it feeds through but does not print, very upset, tried everything.
