Unable to use in my machine - which does not h ave easy fill. why would bissell make easy fill that cannot be opened to put in other machines? While trying to open this bottle solution spilled on my shirt and "bleached " it.. guess due to the peroxide. But ruined a $25 shirt. Please advise!

Easy? Fill

My machine does not have the "easy fill" system. Why can I only use this formula with the easy fill system? I managed to get some out of this crazy bottle to use in my Bissell. Would you please make a bottle with a marked cap to use with regular machines without the "easy fill" system. This cap is ridiculously hard to get the solution out of.

The locking mechanism connects the bottle to the machine to prevent spills, allow for quick, accurate dosing, and give you antibacterial cleaning results. This is a new innovation from BISSELL that our previous models do not include. No Directions on the sample bottle

Why would you include a sample product with no directions on how to use it? It comes in an easy fill bottle which means nothing to me and nowhere on the bottle does it have any mixing instructions. I called the help line and apparently they don't know either. Very confusing.
