I didn't think anything would get some of the stains out of the carpet that were created from the previous owners pets & grandchildren. But it sucked it right out of the carpet. I will be ordering more.

It didn't quite tackle stubborn stains or odors as well as other products, leaving some areas still needing extra attention. It's a decent option, but there might be better choices for a deeper clean.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
