I have several LG appliances in two different states. One of which, an electric double oven has shown signs of rust within months of purchase. Although no other appliances have shown this issue, I was told it was owners negligence. I will be buying other brands from now on.

Rust can form in your range whenever there is built-up moisture in the unit, and it makes contact with any exposed metals. OK range--double oven doesn't work as it should

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my LG double oven glass top stove for 6 years. The glass top stove is great. It works well and is easy to clean. The oven is not great. First, the element in the oven is such that things on the edges of the oven don't brown. The element is in the middle so I have to rotate my cakes and things so that they will brown evenly and not just in the middle. I've adjusted and if I am cooking something in a 9x13 pan I turn the pan vertically in the oven so that the entire thing will cook evenly, it's a pain though when I am making cookies or something in a larger pan that I can't fit that way in the oven. The second issue is that when I have both ovens turned on at the same time, the top oven doesn't work well and the food doesn't cook. This started about 2 years ago. I found out while trying to cook Thanksgiving dinner and the pies in the top oven wouldn't bake, they just warmed. So, it's not like having two ovens. I can use both at the same time if I only want to use the top oven to warm something, but it doesn't heat enough to bake at the required temperature. Super frustrating when I purchased this range specifically so I could have two ovens. BTW the photo isn't mine. Internet stock. I couldn't complete and submit my review without a photo and I haven't taken any of the food that hasn't worked out in my oven.

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received my new LDE4413ST yesterday, so I do not have the ability to rate it's performance; however, in actually reviewingthe features in person, I believe I am going to be very pleased with this product. I love that there is a separate timer for the upper and lower ovens. I also love there is a bake setting and a ProBake setting on the lower oven. I will post a further review after I have had and used the range for a while.

Double Oven is Incredible

Bought this for my wife's early Christmas present, as we had 9 people for Thanksgiving Dinner, and she absolutely loves it! The double oven, with the Convection feature, allowed her to cook 6 dishes at the same time, at two different temperatures, and the food was fantastic! Only downside is the inability to utilize the ThinQ feature.

We purchased this stove 6 months ago and 2 of the units have already stopped working. Took forever to get the parts replaced.

apparently this product has a recall. burners come on, the proper thing for LG to do, is depreciate the range for number of years and reimburse the customer, not try to send them something to keep locked off and to unlock every use! Not only that my top oven won't heat beyond 370 degrees. The burners do not stay at a steady heat as well. Junk, and I sell appliances.
