We purchased this range a little over a month ago. I love having to different ovens and I’m learning to use the convection oven feature. From other reviews I was concerned about the knobs being accessible to my toddler grandchild. I’m glad to say there is a lock feature and it has already been tested! My only negative is the same as a few other reviews I read. The crack area at the front that crumbs can easily fall into and are difficult to get out. This is why I gave four out of five stars. I would recommend it and would buy it again.

Double Oven Comes in Handy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having a double oven is great! But the dials on the front Of the stove are a safety issue. Every time I have to lean over the stove to work the oven or get into my overhead cabinet, I brush against the dials and they turn the cooktop on!! They have no lock to keep them from turning….. if I had an issue with my hearing, I could walk away, leaving the cooktop on because I would not hear it. Instead of having dials on the front of the stove, they should have been put on the rear along with the oven buttons.
As an older woman, getting on my hands and knees to access the lower oven is also an issue but thankfully, I dont have to use it very often.
And no matter the brand or the stove, I Hate a Smooth-top!! They are impossible to keep clean!

Love the knobs on the front and belive this is a improvement to the old model. Touchpad went out twice on previous. Really enjoy the double oven!! It is such a conveinience! Love to bake- ALOT!!

Warranty is about to expire and neither oven heats properly. Has been repaired recently.

Out of the 6 months we’ve had our stove, it was only completely functional for 2 months. The stovetop had a malfunction that was “unheard of” according to the technician. It took 3 visits and almost 2 months to have a technician give up and advised us to have it replaced. Stainless steel is not fingerprint proof and was possibly the worst appliance to keep clean (i.e. streaks always present no matter how much effort went into cleaning). Otherwise, oven capabilities have worked well.
