Cant use both ovens at same time

Waited 3 1/2 months for my oven to only to find out today that you can’t use both ovens at the same time. What is the point of a double oven if you can’t use both at the same time. Will be returning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We moved into our renovated home the week before Christmas and I do like many of the features on this range.I purchased specifically for the double ovens and i love the cobalt blue finish, it matches my island cabinetry!
The hot plates heat quickly and efficiently and the ovens work well.
I have a couple of less positive comments-the smooth top finish is very difficult to keep spotless, My old smooth surface range cleaned up a lot easier. The real flaw I find is the join between the smooth surface and the metal front of the range, it is impossible to keep clean, the join gets debris in it and I must constantly use a toothpick to clean it out. I wish there had been more research and testing to bring this to light.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this oven/stove for about a year, the reason I didn't give it a higher rating is the knobs, they are to easy to accidently bump into and turn on, if it had a safety feature like push in then turn, it might fix it, in a house with legally blind people, no one would know that the stove was on

What I've cooked so far has come out evenly cooked, still getting used to it though. Boils quickly which is nice s well.

I bought it a month ago and I don’t like it needs lots of cleaning, it’s hard to take the spill off scratch very easy, I even bought a new pan sets because I thought the problem but nope still the same, bought a new problem to clean it better and I have to put muscles to clean it overall I’m not happy at alllll

Not for canning!

I bought this stove last year and it's impossible to keep it clean and the "residue" will not come off. I've used every cleaner AND bought the pots and pans it recommends, it didn't matter. Also, I tried to can green beans from the garden and the temp won't go high enough to seal hold 10 psi, it was steady at 9. Now I have to figure out what to do with the green beans before they spoil! Very disappointed in this very expensive purchase. Not worth the money.

Such an expensive stove. I have less than a year and I have been so disappointed. I take very good care of my stove because it was so pricey but it has been a disaster. The top discolored, no matter what I use it won't ever be back to how it was. And the knobs have also erased. Please see my photos. I am so disappointed and to make matters worse it takes an eternity to cook.
