Upon installation it was set up as 110V, but at the third attempt, the repaireman decided to go back to the basics and start from there, where he discovered it was installed and set up incorrectly.

The convection oven provides extremely even baking and automatically sets the temp 25 degrees lower than the standard recipe suggests. This is great because we had to manually make the correction in previous units.
