It's a really nice oven, the only draw back is that it says to be real careful not to drag your pot's or cookware on the top glass because it scratches easy. Why would they not put a better scratch proof glass on top of this unit ?

The very first thing I baked was a three layer cake in the convection oven. No move having to rotate or moving the pan's around to ensure even baking.
