[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I make fancy cookies out of my home so this oven was an absolute must-have for me. I am 97% satisfied with it, the only thing I will mention is the lower oven gets hotter than the upper so you will need to adjust cooking times accordingly. I did not know this and burned a batch of cookies which was devastating at the time because I didn’t have much time to make more. Either way you live and learn and now I just bake things at a shorter time in the lower oven. Idk if this is common with these ovens as this is my first one ever but I definitely would buy another one tomorrow.

However, the so-called quick clean steaming doesn’t really do anything at all. It just makes a big mess of water to clean up. Very disappointed in that.

After a couple of uses of the oven I noticed that the racks were increasingly more difficult to slide in and out. Looking in to see if I could figure out why I noticed that the racks had scratched the finish off. LG has agreed to replace the range.
