[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased in December to replace an old range which actually cooked hotter than it's setting (verified with internal thermometer). Purchased this specifically for being a top buy in Consumer Reports for a double oven. We were unsure how often we might use both at the same time but having that convenience combined with the ability to now bake things simultaneously instead one at a time or having one item get cold while another is cooking has been a Godsend. The ability to keeps items warm in the top oven while something finishes below or being able to cook beans and stuffing in the top while a turkey cooks in the convection below was amazing. Checking the internal cooking temperature against the settings was within 1-2 degrees not 15-20 like our old oven. Ultimately this operates just as expected and is a beautiful addition to our kitchen

I also wanted to eliminate the toaster oven which was occupying space in my small kitchen. It has met all my goals plus. It has some unique features which I’m still learning to use. It has a burner that heats very fast and very hot, another burner keep food warm. I’ve easily cooked small meals.
Also it has two large burners which also make it easily and fast to cook larger meals. The ovens are easy to use but most importantly I’m able to bake meats, vegetables and cakes
for myself saving energy. I have been enjoying exploring and using all the new features this stove double oven have.

This oven has been put through all it's paces from the day we received it and has performed very well. We've had both ovens and three burners all going at the same time and it has worked great. I would have given it 5 stars except keeping the stove top looking new is a pill. I clean it after every use but frequently need to resort to the special cooktop cleaner and work my way through a damp towel, then dry, then buff it with a microcloth before the hazy smear will go away. I like the look of the black though.

The range on the other hand takes a long time to heat up and does not get as hot as what I’m use to making cooking times longer. Definitely a learning curve there.
