[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had service on the bottom oven soon after I got it. The service man had to replace a defective part. It's worked great since the part was replaced. I love the range. The only complaint I have is the knobs being in the front of the range. When I bend over the range to put something in the microwave, my body pushes against the knobs and turns the burner on.

Fast cooking stovetop. Fast oven heat up.

Better than the old stove!

Pros: Lots of features like dual timers, one for each stove. Easy clean stove interior. Fairly quick warm-up time for ovens. Quiet operation, not that a stove should ever be considered loud.

Cons: Stainless is impossible to keep clean-looking. I also found that the bottom of the stove has developed small spots of rust which is absurd for a 3 month old stove. Black stovetop is also impossible to keep clean. Knobs on the front are extremely easy to accidentally bump and turn on (though easy enough to simply remove when not in use, handy if you have kids). Convection oven doesn't cook as evenly as promised, cookies do NOT come out as advertised. Bottom stove is hard to reach because it's so close to the floor. Imagine grabbing your ankles to remove a tray of cookies, easier to sit on the floor. Stovetop is intolerant of slightly warped pots/pans. Better plan on having or buying a nice heavy set of pots/pans for this stove. I have found that the burner settings are not very linear; setting to 10 brings to a rolling boil and bringing it down to an 8 will reduce to a simmer. Burner settings react slowly, so as above, reducing to a simmer is MUCH faster than bringing back to a boil.
Overall: I like it, but I'm not sure I would have gone with a stainless model. I would definitely not get a black cooktop again. Cleaning everyday gets old FAST. I am disappointed with the burner performance, but this could be due to my inexpensive pan set. I wouldn't get a model with a second stove so close to the ground, get one that has a drawer on the bottom to boost the height a bit. I'm not sure about the knobs on the front, but that's purely aesthetic.

Best stove ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this stove about 3 months ago and it has delivered all we have wanted and needed. The dual ovens are awesome and help keep the house cooler and use less energy when baking or cooking. The five burners make it a breeze to make dinner and I still haven't figured out all of the features yet. I like having a convection and regular oven. I would recommend this stove to anyone as it is one of the best appliance purchases I have ever done!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 2 ovens is the best. Quality glass control panel beats plastic. Glass top easy to clean. Only drawback is lock on oven doors do not always close correctly and need to jiggle door a bit. Not a real concern at this time.
