[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought my stove about a month ago. I went from a bisque stove to the stainless steel. I don’t know how anyone prefers the stainless or black over a colored stove. The stove shows every Mark! I’m constantly going over the front or the knobs are in the back or the timer is wiping off smudges! I will never get used to this. My other stove did not show this at all! My other stove had a toast feature that my family used all the time, they did away with that also! Extremely disappointed!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought 4 LG appliances of which two that I have installed both arrived broken. I havent opened the other two as of yet. The frig had a cracked shelf and the oven fan makes a gawd awful noise. Its been weeks and I am still waiting on their repairman to come.

Why have they not fixed burner knobs?

We should’ve listened to others about how easy it is to accidentally turn burner on by just bumping the knobs. We’ve had the oven 2 weeks and have accidentally turned on burner by reaching over oven to cabinet above. How is this still an issue and not fixed so this can’t happen. My wife was putting groceries away she bumped the knob without knowing and burner came on burning her clothes. Way to go LG by not fixing the issue with maybe knobs with a safety feature.

I bought this stove and shipped it to a country in Central America but the electric voltage doesnt work as it is not a 50/60 hz. its only 60hz. Therefore I am unable to use this efficiently. Upon purchase I think it is very important to label products which are not export worthy so the consumer is better informed. Due to this I have had to have a technician adjust some features but the main mother board chips out and the stove does not work. I think it advancing models, making everything so digital using the main motherboard limits the usage of just being able to disable that part and manually just use the stove with the regular knobs. So therefore I am unable to give a decent review on this product because if the description upon purchasing by the company stated that this is not a good purchase for export, I perhaps would have never purchased this one and chosen a model better suited for export to another country.
