[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is a design problem with the LG oven. I have an LG over the stove microwave oven, and when I lean over the stove to put something in the microwave, the oven dials are prone to push in and turn on the burners. The dials are very loose and allow them to be accidentally pushed in without knowing! I have experienced several times when it could have resulted in a fire! I have had to improvise with a metal rod behind the oven dials to prevent the dials from accidentally turning on the burners.
Your designers need to reassess the potential fire hazard with the oven dials. They need to make the dials much stiffer so that they do not accidentally turn on the burners.
I bought 3 other LG products (Refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher) and they appear to be satisfactory.

We purchased this model stove only 3-years ago. The knob#s is/has wore off. Lg replaced the knobs once at no cost but the replacements are doing the same thing. Additionally, there is a haze over the burners where the pans have been. We had Lg replace the cook top once and the replacement top is doing the same thing. We have had at least 3-other smooth cook tops from other manufacturers and never had this happen. We are using the same cookware and cleaning process as we've done in the past. There is definitely something wrong with how the cooktop was made. Definitely defective.

I, really, cannot begin to describe how much our family has enjoyed it — and in just one month. It is incredibly easy to use, and it is superior to any other products we found on the market, including much, much higher-priced models.

Burns Everything

Purchased in Jan. 2021. It cannot hold a steady temp in either of the ovens. Set on 350 temp gun says 465. I wish I could return it for a refund, I’ve thrown away so much baking product.

No timer for cooking on the burners

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just bought this oven. I am happy with the way it cooks. Just discovered there is a major flaw, that may have been solved probably for $1. The timer only works with the oven(s). So I cannot start cooking soup, and set the timer to let me know it is ready in 1 hour? What is LG thinking. Now I have to buy a timer from the dollar store, so I know when my soup is ready. How hard is it to have a timer? This is quite an expensive oven, not to have this simple option.

I would give it a 0 if it were option! Whatever you do DONT by this LG stove or any LG’s stoves that have these sensitive knobs on the bottom! Look at the reports! Multiple fires caused by this stove because the knobs can be accidentally bumped into! Very pretty stove but it’s not worth the risk! Lost my house to this stove!

Stylish and functional but lacks durability

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've owned this refrigerator (black model) for a few years now and I love how roomy it is however; the paint is worst part of it because it is not durable at all. Several scratches and afe dents later I wish I would have bought a different one.
