Superior clean and excellent drying

Everything comes out so clean and the drying is excellent, even plastic is much dryer than usual. It's also amazingly quiet and looks great in the kitchen. The bottle wash and extra sprays clearly make a difference.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Slow leak that the repairman said was very commom. Numerous trips to repair. Mold and cabinet damage. Nothing but a huge hassle. Have unfortunately lost faith in GE.

Purchased this washer because it was the top of your line. I think it's a piece of junk, so far it's broken 8 glasses and continues to, no matter how we load it, and it won't dry the dishes.
We had it serviced and both problems continue, was told by the repairman that there was nothing he could do. I'll never purchase another product of yours again

My last GE dishwasher was better

I have had a GE dishwasher for several years now. The one that I had was WONDERFUL! It gave me a variety of modes (short wash, heavy pots and pans wash, etc.), had the ability to move the racks up and down to accommodate large pans, glasses too. I upgraded to a new GE dishwasher to stick with the brand, and change to a stainless steel appliance. I even moved up to the GE Cafe series. So you can imagine my disappointment when this one has fewer choices for modes and doesn't seem to be as flexible as its predecessor. Disappointed. Oh, and it dents easily.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Doesn't get dishes clean, poorly designed racks

This is the most expensive dishwasher we've ever purchased. Wanted all matching appliances for our kitchen remodel. This has been extremely disappointing...doesn't get dishes clean, the wine glass racks are difficult to use. The bottom racks are not well designed as bowls "tip" and then interfere with the water spinner.

Issues Early

Purchased this unit a few months ago and I have had issues with it. First, the contractor had incredible trouble installing the unit. This one is different apparently than the 1000 he installed before. Also, both clips on both sides that hold the top rack already broke. Very cheap plastic. Made me so nervous i bought a 3 year extended warranty. Time will tell but im not optimistic.

This product was installed in our recent new build townhome. I am terribly disappointed that from the very first wash it leaves a powder film in most of the top shelf items. I have been rewashing glasses after every use. Really frustrating and disappointed, will be calling for service and I can only hope they can resolve the issue.
