No Glitches

Under warranty, GE replaced our previous dishwasher--same model--with this one. We worried at first that this new dishwasher might have glitches in its performance. However, we have been very happy with this machine. After a couple of weeks of daily use, we have found no problems, and the dishes are coming out clean and shiny. We are pleased with GE's warranty service and very happy with this new dishwasher.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great cleaner and sharp looker!

We recently moved and needed to replace the old, grungy dishwasher left behind by the previous owners. We picked this specifically because it matched the GE Cafe range. It's been a terrific appliance. It disappears into the background and is very quiet.
My only little disappointment is the mounting brackets for the handle are a sort of metallic plastic. The ones on the gas range are metal. These look fine and I assume they will hold up. However, the finish on them doesn't quite match the range. They are opposite each other in the kitchen so it's not that apparent. Still, GE could have done themselves a favor and made them the same piece (better for service and the parts department anyhow).
I would recommend this to a friend!

Replaced this once and have water leack again

Issue with Drying

The dishwasher does a good job cleaning but the humidity level inside is so high that the dishes are damp even after I tried using the extra heat drying cycle. There is condensate on the inside of the walls. I would like to know if this is a common problem and what can be done about it.

Bought this almost a year ago, never dissolves the recommended detergent and it sticks to the.dishes

Decent dishwasher

I love the way the machine looks and it is quiet, but I'm not thrilled with the way it is set up inside. It's hard to get bowls in with enough space between to make sure they are washed. And you have to basically fully wash the dishes and utensils before they go in or they won't be clean. I do have hard water and I'm not sure if that makes it worse.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
