sometimes it leaks

I bring 3 travel over ice to work with me for all of my breaks, so I purchased 3 of these cups. once, a cup tipped in my car, leaked on my seat. I discovered the seal inside had twisted and wasn't leakproof. I realigned it and now I wet it whenever I put the cover on-works like a charm. However, when cleaning a cover one day, I held the spillproof system back to clean around the straw hole, and the mechanism snapped off. Now I am short a cover. Can I buy a replacement cover? I love these cups!!

Cons: Gasket Twists-leaks

This has become my favorite tumbler and I use it every day. It is easy to hold on to. I haven't had any problem with the straw so far.

I've been using the older Keurig ice coffee cups for years and decided to replace them with this one. Best decision ever! The lid AND straw are much more secure, and it fits easily in the cup holder in my car. I'd definitely recommend!

I use mine all the time and it fits great under the vue. I love it and the straw never falls out. Therefore I never lose my straw

I had trouble finding a cup that fit in my brewer for making iced coffee and iced tea. The cup fits perfectly, lid screws on so it doesn't spill and the straw stays in the cup. Travels great in the car for my trip to work. I bought 2 cups to try it out and I'm ordering 4 more for me and my friends.
Pros: Travels well, ITS A PERFECT FIT

Do not put in dishwasher

Purchased this cup for hubby along with the sweet tea k-cups. Love them both except I didn't read this was hand wash only. I put it in the dishwasher and it bent in an area where the lid no longer fits. Hubby still uses it but ordering another one for him today along with the other tumbler keurig offers for myself for iced coffee.

I got this for free with the 'order 2 boxes of brew over ice' promo. I really really loved this tumbler. Fits nicely under my brewer and makes a full drink. The reusable straw is handy and the exterior, while it did 'mist' didn't really sweat. After several brews without issues others complained about I thought I was in the clear. However as I sat down tonight after making a cup I was surprised to see coffee dripping inbetween the two cups. As I was stirring I noticed the crack that wasn't there before right behind the keurig logo. I only hand washed this and followed the directions for it so I am sad to see it do this. As I got it for free I'm not out any money, but I really did like it and will have trouble replacing it :'( Gave it 2 stars because it really is a good item, just needs some rethoughts on how it's made/materials used. 5 stars if it hadn't broke
