I have small hands and this tumbler is thin enough to easily hold. It keeps my cold drinks cold without freezing my hands in the process. Great tumbler, will be ordering more in the near future!

nice, but breaks easily

This works great, and really does make nice iced coffee right from the K-cup brewer, but as one reviewer mentioned, does break easily. I had one for 2 days and my toddler dropped it on the floor. It broke. I got another, and I dropped it on the sidewalk, and the plastic straw broke. For as well insulated as they appear to be, they break too easily and I wish they were more sturdy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very pleased with this tumbler. Only complaint, wish Keurig would stock replacement straws in event one loses or breaks the one they have.

You can buy the same cups at Bed Bath and Beyond for lot less money, but they don't say Keurig if that matters to you. For a company that made about 3 billion last year, I think they could lower the price of these.

Love this cup. I ordered one and came back for 2 more! Wonderful design, shape and I have small hands so I like I can grip it easily. Once filled with ice I brew tea on 8oz and it fills it to the rim. I'll even use it to shake up a protein shake in the morning. Works well for that too.

Fear of Breakage Averted!

Finally I can make ice coffee (which I love) without worrying about glass breaking. The lid unscrews easily. The drip tray must be removed on my old brewer but this is an easy slide out. Brew your favorite coffee at a stronger setting. On my machine it required reducing the brew size by two settings. Add ice, brew, then add cream (real cream please) and sugar. YUM YUM!! No plastic taste, no melting ice just strong coffee flavor at its best. As it happened, the temperature here in Texas bounced back and forth between 30 and 81 degrees today but my mug kept the coffee iced and there was no condensation on the outside. If the price is a bit high use your Club Keurig points. The only drawback is finding a vendor for replacement straws. I suspect Contigo will have the straws as the lid assembly is theirs. I'll let you known how durable the mug is after a while.
