I bought this thinking it was just a cold drink container, but wow! I was so surprised at the quality of the product. It is tall enough to hold my favorite coffee with lots of ice. I bought two more to give to my boss and his wife for Christmas because they only drink iced coffee and their tumblers are, well, definitely not as nice as the Keurig ones. They are pricey but you can definitely see where the money is in the construction of these tumblers. They are perfect office gifts.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Cup for Cold Drinks

I love this cup. The lid screws on and doesn't leak. The cup has double insulated walls so it doesn't sweat. Its the perfect cup for any iced drink.
Pros: Sturdy and doesn't leak

Tumbler is great but faulty

Purchased 3 tumblers and one were defective. Customer service is excellent. Called and reported the problem two different times, both times the service rep was professional and helpful. First time the replacement was faulty too. Hopefully these tumblers will last a long time!

GREAT BUT..... what about QUALITY?

Great product - if the quality was there. I purchased two - both were faulty with product and soapy water getting between the two walls of the tumbler. Keurig was great - replaced them both (no questions asked) and even sent me a free sample pack! (Thanks!) BUT - the two replacement ones were the same - one leaked product and soapy water between the two walls of the tumbler and in face the other one came apart into two cups (wasn't even sealed). The Quality has to get better - other companies offer similar products that might be worth a look. Please fix this Keurig.

Cons: Poor Quality, Quality, Craftsmanship

Great tumbler. The straw is good too. The little ring broke off and that's not too much of a problem. Can still "stir" the cold drink and ice cubes. Keurig should offer replacement straws and ones from the store do work. Nice tight lid. No "sweating" on the outside of the tumbler so no ring on the table. Great gift for anyone liking ice beverages.
Pros: No condensation, Well Made, Keeps drinks cold, Unique
Cons: Straw is fragile

Nice tumbler... have not experienced some of the issues noted in other reviews... Note that it is 16oz... which for some trips is a great size... Washes well... but remember that you need to wash it by hand... it is not dishwasher friendly... which is a bit of a bummer.
Cons: Not dishwasher approved

Love These tumblers

I love taking one of these tumblers everywhere I go. It's great that the grandkids can't take the straw out. Would like something to cleen the inside of the straw. I use them for all hot and cold beverages. Not dishwasher safe; warped one of the lids and had to buy a couple more. Not a problem because I wanted a larger set for the house. they are great for taking camping, on the ATV, to the park, to work; love them.
Pros: Unique

Loved the cup when I received it, but first the straw broke then the whole cup fell apart. I then purchased a Starbucks cup and it's been with me ever since.
