Need Replacement Straws!

This is a great cup! My only issue is that it works best with the original straw. If you lose the straw or if your kids happen to toss the straw into the dishwasher and it melts (speaking from experience) then the mug doesn't work anymore. It would be great if Keurig sold a pack of replacement straws for purchase.

I have paid a lot more for the same cup from Starbucks. All I need for a perfect cup of iced tea is to fill with ice and brew a k-cup over it (mug size). I love it and plan to get a few more :-)

I bought 3 of these tumblers and all 3 of them were faulty, water got trapped between the walls, and i hand washed them. I written to keurig and they replaced the 3 of them, but now those have water trapped in between the walls.. i've sent two emails to keurig in the last month and DID NOT receive a reply back yet. I will never buy anything like this again from keurig.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not worth the money

I received two of these cups for free through a mail in rebate when I bought Iced Tea k-Cups. I've used them for a few weeks and both now leak around the lid! They also have lots more condensation than any other similar off-brand cup that I use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We purchased these way back when they first came out. They have never had one problem. I have even put one of them in the dishwasher twice...and it did fine. We have a 'set' but repeatedly use the same two - multiple times each day, so it's not like they are babied. They are the best and I would buy them again. I have bought them as gifts in the past. No problems there either. I don't know if Keurig got a new 'order' that was defective, but after well over a year of use, ours are perfect. Even the 'Keurig' logo is intact. This style is a definite improvement over the 'first design', with the 'bubble' top!
Pros: Straw has lasted, Do not sweat, Great seal on lid
Cons: none

I have used my tumbler since February and have loved it. Conveniently washes in top rack of dishwasher. Fits perfectly underneath my Keurig. No need for a coaster! Love that it doesn't spill. So sorry it is no longer available for purchase!
