purchased two of these tumblers. one has come apart, completely separating at the top seam of the cup into 2 pieces. it could maybe used carefully to make an iced beverage but poured into another glass to drink. very disappointing. used per directions/washed carefully.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought two of these to try when they were on sale. I am so glad I did not knowing how much easier to use these are vs. other brand I was using. The straw is thick plastic and much easier to clean. I prefer that it is straight and not curved. The cup wall is thick and does not sweat at all which I really appreciate when using in the car. The design of the flip lid is a fantastic design fix as the cup does not spill all over if it should be knocked over. Great cups.

My dad gave me this cup about two years ago because I love iced tea and take it to work often. With daily use it is still in great condition and airtight, no leaks. It's my favorite cup of all time.

We love the iced coffee, made in these tumblers...add your own coffeemate, stir and enjoy!! No need to run out to your local coffee house anymore, great way to save money. These are the best - much improved over the former style. Love the washable straw - just buy a 'sippee cup brush'...perfect! Just like your iced beverage!

I love iced beverages and this tumbler is really nice for them. Easy to use and clean and it keeps the beverages cold for a very long time. Plus its very attractive. I take it to the gym with me often. It fits in cup holders well. I love the logo on it and it doesn't spill the beverages. I purchased mine at a discounted price using accumulated points from the K Club and am very happy with my purchase. Very nice product.

Great Cup, but Straws Break Easy.

I bought two of these a while back and loved them from the start. Makes a great cup of iced coffee. The cup is sturdy and well built just remember to hand wash only. The only complaint I have is that the straws break way too easily, and you can't just buy another straw. (It would be great if Keurig offered to sell the straws individually as well as with the cups)

Since buying my Machine for myself back at Christmas, I've gone 'coffee and tea whacko'. My Keurig Iced Beverage Tumbler sees extreme useage. I have always washed it by hand as recommended. But - any container that continuously goes from almost boiling to iced is going to break down. My tumbler is beginning to separate at the top and draw liquid between the layers. Kind of reminds me of the toy baby bottles that when flipped over look like the 'milk' is disappearing. Only my iced coffee is what's vanishing. I have found that occasionally nuking the thing for 1 to 2 minutes will dry out the tumbler walls. All in all the Tumbler is: reasonably priced, holds up fairly well(exception noted), does not leak, does not spill, and is well sized. My next tumbler will only hold already made and iced beverages. Hopefully this will make a difference in longevity. Drink Up!

Spill proof, keeps drinks cool, awesome

This tumbler is pretty awesome. When the straw is out it is spillproof, completely. I literally just throw this in my GILI tote and have no worries. I wish they sold them in multi-packs and with different color straws. I have only used it a week and have not had any problems with sweating. My only con is I wish they had some type of holder or cap for the straw that would make them outstanding. However I have found that you can use regular store bought bendy straws also, which is a plus.
Pros: Convenient, Spillproof
Cons: No Straw Cover
