Was cautious as seems some have an issue with tumbler. These are made for ICED drinks, not for HOT COFFEE. Put in the ICE, and brew the coffee. Great Item. Those using it for just HOT COFFEE are not using as designed and should not complain that it does not keep their coffee hot.

This is the best tumbler for commuting. You can make you iced coffee or tea at home put the tumbler in your bag, when you get to work just insert the straw and your all set to start your day. I have had this tumbler for a few weeks and it has never split a drop even when it tips on its side.

Though we have the MINI brewer, it hasn't stopped me from LUVIN' these cups! We just brew our fav beverage into a regular mug and then pour it over the ice -- couldn't be simpler OR more delicious!

I bought this about a month ago and really liked it. Around the third or fourth time I used it I noticed that it started to gather coffee in between the two layers of the cup. It was no big deal at first but now I have about three inches high of coffee trapped in the cup. The milk has started to curdle and it is overall just disgusting.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the best ice tumbler I've used. Keeps the drink nice and cold and the AUTOCLOSE works great. Well made tumbler compared to most.
Pros: Pleasing Aroma, Smooth Taste, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body

Love this product, tumbler. Bought one and broke the straw but bought 2 more and are happy. Does not sweat or leak. Great for working in store. If knocked over, no accidents. It is not a travelling mug! Must try their travelling mug next.

Where can I buy new straws? I have two glasses but both straws broke. Searched everywhere but no luck.

I bought this cup and two I noticed the next day it was broken. So I called and customer service was amazing and sent me a new one free of charge. I had this one for a few days. then while washing it i realized the same thing was happening . water gets in between the layers of plastic .
Cons: Cheap
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
